Shopping List:
1 can pumpkin puree
heavy cream
evaporated milk
Crust:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup mixed granulated and brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt
1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 

Filling:
1 (15oz) can pumpkin puree
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup evaporated milk
3 eggs
1 cup brown sugar
1 heaping tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 300°F. Line 9x13 baking pan with parchment paper.

Stir the melted butter, granulated sugar, vanilla, and salt together in a medium bowl. Add the flour and stir until everything is combined. Press the mixture evenly into the prepared baking pan. Bake for 15 minutes while preparing the filling.

Combine the ingredients for the filling in a large bowl and whisk together until smooth. Pour over the crust and smooth into an even layer. Bake for an additional 25 to 30 minutes or until the center is set and no longer jiggly.

Remove from oven and let cool completely. Cut into squares and top with whip cream.
