1 cup unsalted butter
3/4 cup grapeseed oil
1/4 tsp salt

    
Cut the butter into pats and let it come to room temperature.  Put all the ingredients in a food processor.  Pulse until the chunks are broken up, then run the food processor continuously until the mixture is smooth.  Place in a covered jar and chill.
