Shopping List:
2 1/2 lb. turkey breast
1 turkey breast (about 2 1/2 lbs.)
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 
2 tbsp. dry white wine
1 tsp. thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. paprika
1 clove garlic, chopped (optional)
1 tsp. corn starch
1 tbsp. cold water

Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place breast skin-side up in roasting pan with a meat thermometer in the center. Roast uncovered for 40 minutes.

Mix butter, wine, thyme, salt, paprika, and garlic. Brush half the mixture over the turkey, then roast it for another 20 minutes. Brush on the remaining mixture and roast a final 30 minutes.

Pour off the drippings into a saucepan. Mix the corn starch into the water, then stir the slurry into the drippings and boil it briefly until it's thickened.
