1 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp red pepper flakes
3/4 tsp anise seed [or sage]
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp minced dried onion
2 tsp salt

    
Mix herbs with 2 pounds of ground pork or turkey.
