4 pieces chicken onion garlic tomato paste tomato mushrooms green pepper
2 tbsp olive oil 4 pieces chicken 1 large onion, chopped 1/4 cup dry white wine 1 clove garlic, minced 1/2 tbsp tomato paste 1 tsp chicken soup base 1 large tomato, peeled and chopped 1/2 to 1 tsp lemon juice 1/4 tsp allspice 1/4 tsp thyme salt and pepper to taste (optional: chopped mushrooms, chopped green pepper)
Heat oil in a large skillet and cook chicken until lightly browned on all sides. Add the onion and saute several minutes, then splash in the wine and let it boil up. Reduce heat to medium-low, and add the remaining ingredients. Cover and cook 30 minutes or until done, correcting salt if necessary.
