vanilla wafers coconut OR pecans cocoa white corn syrup alcohol
2 cups vanilla wafers, crushed fine 1 cup finely chopped coconut OR pecans 1 cup confectioner's sugar 2 tbsp cocoa 2 tbsp white corn syrup 1/3 cup rum (or other alcohol) (optional, for rolling) instant coffee
Mix all ingredients well. Shape by teaspoonfuls into firm balls. Roll balls in confectioner's sugar, instant coffee, or dry cocoa.
Store in tightly covered container for at least 1 week to fully develop the flavor.
