celery onion 1 1/2 cups cream
6 celery stalks, chopped (either or inner our outer stalks work well) 1 onion, chopped 3 cups chicken broth 1 1/2 cups cream salt
Boil celery, onion, and broth. Then reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes, until the vegetables are soft. Remove vegetables and puree in food processor. Add back to broth, along with cream and salt to taste.
